GA2 Wellness Equipment Warranty
At GA2 Wellness, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and customer satisfaction. Our warranty policy ensures peace of mind, knowing that your wellness equipment is backed by dedicated support and reliable service.
Key notes
- The standard warranty period for all our equipment is for 3 years period.
- Free repair and/or one to one replacement shall be given in the event the equipment is faulty due to its electrical and/or other parts issues/problems.
- Mishandling and/or damaged caused by negligence by user is not included in our warranty period. Our technical personnel will access the damaged prior to providing the replacement.
- Additional warranty period of 2 years can be purchased for the following equipment
as per stated below:
i. Smart Healthy Life Pro + RM 750.00
ii. Pulse Wave + RM 750.00
iii. Smart Healthy Life + RM 450.00
iv. Smart Healthy Life Lite + RM 200.00
v. For Any Set Package + RM 2,500.00
Standard Warranty Coverage
- Warranty Period: All GA2 Wellness equipment comes with a three-year standard warranty, effective from the date of purchase.
- Coverage: This warranty covers free repair and/or one-to-one replacement in cases of malfunction due to manufacturing defects, electrical issues, or part failures.
- Exclusions: Please note that the warranty does not cover damage resulting from mishandling, improper use, accidental damage, or negligence by the user. Repairs or replacements for excluded damages may incur additional costs.
Additional Extended Warranty Options
To provide extra assurance, we offer an extended warranty program for a selection of our products:
- Extended Coverage: Available for an additional two years, extending your protection for a total of five years.

This extended warranty must be purchased at the time of initial equipment purchase.
Replacement and Repair Process
In the event of an issue:
- Contact Us: Please reach out to our customer service team through
+60 12 309 5550. - Assessment: Our certified technicians will assess the equipment to determine the cause of the issue.
- Repair or Replacement: If the issue falls under warranty coverage, we will provide free repair or replacement.
Warranty Terms and Conditions
- Maintenance: For optimal performance, we recommend following all user maintenance instructions provided in the product manual.
- Authorized Service Providers: Repairs conducted by unauthorized third parties may void the warranty. Always consult GA2 Wellness or an authorized service provider for repairs.
- Exclusions: Normal wear and tear, consumable parts, cosmetic damage (such as scratches), and damage caused by environmental factors are not covered under the warranty.
